1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the Easyfortunetrades platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. These terms apply to all users, including registered investors, visitors, and any other parties accessing the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Not be a resident of a jurisdiction where our services are restricted or prohibited by law.
• Not be listed on any sanctions, watchlist, or restricted persons registry.
• Use the Platform solely for lawful investment purposes on your own behalf.

3. Account Registration

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information as needed.
• Create a strong password and keep it confidential at all times.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these terms, or engage in suspicious activity. Each individual is limited to one account unless explicitly authorized in writing.

4. Services Description

Easyfortunetrades provides a unified investment platform offering access to three asset classes:

• Stocks Portfolio: Investment in global equities with a minimum investment of $100,000.
• Crypto Assets: Digital currency trading including BTC, ETH, USDT, and USDC with a minimum investment of $1,000.
• Mutual Funds: Professionally managed fund portfolios with a minimum investment of $1,000,000.

All services are provided on an execution-only basis. We do not provide financial advice, and you are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits: Funds may be deposited via bank transfer, cryptocurrency transfer, or approved payment methods. Deposits are credited to your account upon confirmation, which may take 1-3 business days depending on the method.

Withdrawals: You may withdraw available funds at any time. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24-72 hours. We reserve the right to delay withdrawals for security verification or as required by law.

Minimums: Each asset class has specified minimum investment amounts. We reserve the right to adjust minimums with notice.

Currency: All transactions are denominated in USD unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees may apply for non-USD transactions.

6. Returns & Performance

Returns are generated through diversified portfolio strategies across stocks, crypto, and mutual funds. Key points:

• Returns are credited to your account on a monthly basis.
• Past performance does not guarantee future results.
• Return rates are subject to change based on market conditions and asset allocation.
• We employ hedging strategies and institutional-grade risk management to protect capital.
• Compound returns are available through reinvestment options.

7. Fees & Charges

Easyfortunetrades maintains a transparent fee structure:

• Management Fee: A percentage-based fee may apply to certain managed portfolios. Full details are available on our Fees page.
• Transaction Fees: Blockchain network fees apply to cryptocurrency transactions and are displayed before confirmation.
• Withdrawal Fees: Standard withdrawal processing fees may apply depending on the method selected.
• No Hidden Fees: All applicable fees are disclosed before you commit to any transaction or investment.

8. KYC & Verification

To comply with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) regulations, all users must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This includes providing government-issued identification, proof of address, and any additional documentation requested. Accounts without completed KYC may face deposit, withdrawal, and trading restrictions until verification is complete. We reserve the right to request re-verification at any time.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or any form of financial crime.
• Fraud, market manipulation, or deceptive trading practices.
• Using the Platform on behalf of third parties without authorization.
• Attempting to bypass security measures, rate limits, or access controls.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Using automated systems, bots, or scraping tools without written permission.
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.

Violation of this section will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.

10. Risk Disclosure

Investing involves risk. By using our Platform, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Investment values can fluctuate and you may lose some or all of your invested capital.
• Cryptocurrency markets are particularly volatile and subject to regulatory changes.
• Past performance, including any historical return data displayed on the Platform, is not indicative of future results.
• We employ risk management strategies, but no strategy can eliminate all investment risk.
• You are solely responsible for assessing the suitability of any investment for your financial situation.
• You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, code, and the Easyfortunetrades brand, is the exclusive property of Easyfortunetrades and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content without our express written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Easyfortunetrades shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount of fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for losses resulting from market fluctuations, force majeure events, or third-party service disruptions.
• Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by law.

13. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support and withdrawing your available balance. We may suspend or terminate your account with immediate notice for breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or as required by law. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Platform. Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved as follows:

1. Informal Resolution: Contact us first. We will make good faith efforts to resolve the dispute within 30 days.
2. Mediation: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to mediation administered by a mutually agreed mediator.
3. Arbitration: If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Users waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with updated terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
